The afternoon: your chocolate experience

First, a video on the crops of the pods and the first transforming steps of the cocoa beans. Then, discover the many methods used for the chocolate creations in turning your collaborators into chocolate apprentices: moulding, damping, decoration… Finally, create your own chocolate on different themes proposed.

And leave at the end of the session with your personal creations!
